Delivery and Collection Guide: How It Works

At Lunar Print, we make getting your prints to you—or ready for pickup—simple and stress-free. Whether you’re after delivery to your door or collecting from us, here’s the lowdown on how it works.

Delivery Made Easy

We ship across the UK with options to fit your schedule:

  • Standard Delivery: Our go-to option—reliable and budget-friendly. Timing depends on your order size and location, but we’ll keep you posted with an estimate when you confirm your quote.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Need it fast? We’ve got next-day available for most products if you’re in a pinch. Just let us know when requesting your quote, and we’ll confirm if it’s doable.
  • How It Happens: Once your invoice is paid and artwork’s sorted, we print and pack it up. You’ll get a heads-up on when to expect it—usually a few working days for standard, or next-day if you’ve opted for that. Weather or courier hiccups might shift things slightly, but we’ll always aim to get it to you ASAP.
  • Costs: Delivery fees vary based on your order (think size, weight, and speed). We’ll give you a clear breakdown with your quote—no surprises.

Collection Option

Prefer to collect it yourself? You can collect your order straight from us:

  • Where: Our office in Glasgow—full details come with your order confirmation.
  • When: Ready for pickup once we’ve printed it. We’ll let you know the timing with your quote (usually a few working days, or sooner if you’ve gone express). Pop in during our opening hours—check with us for the latest.
  • Cost: No extra charge for collection.

How to Get Started

  • Request a quote with your product specs (size, finish, quantity, pickup or delivery).
  • Confirm your quote, pay the invoice we send, and we’ll request artwork if we still need it—then we’ll get cracking.
  • We’ll make it happen—shipped your way or ready for pickup, based on your choice!
